Walt Disney Animation Studio's new hand drawn feature film opens in theaters today.
I would tell you that you HAVE to go see it this weekend, but since I probably won't be going to the movies either I will just say... GO SEE IT IN THEATERS.
Honestly, the future of hand drawn animation as a valued story telling medium rests in your hands. If Princess and the Frog delivers acceptable profits there will be a future for artists in the mainstream film industry. If the Frog's ticket sales lag, this could be the last film of its kind.
