I'm combining replies here, by the way, I have used that exact same quote in regards to the "health care debate". All this talk of social justice, and being told that as a Liberal, I'm akin to a fascist.
But truthfully, that's all a smokescreen, because when pared down to the simple question of what is right, and what is wrong, it becomes glaring obvious that it is wrong that in this country health is a privilege of wealth.
It needed to change, and although the change will be smaller than I wish it was going to be, it is a place to start. To begin to do what is right.
