So the day after Thanksgiving we packed up and headed for the hill country. We saw friends. We roasted marshmallows. We huddled around the campfire like a bunch of homeless people to stay warm.
We had a lot of fun despite the cold, but now we are home. Tomorrow is back to school for Alex and the first day at a new job for me. Did I mention that I'm sick? Yeah, tomorrow should be interesting. I just hope this bit of cold magically goes away during the night.
Oh, yeah Thankfulness... I'll get back to that later.

Your Thanksgiving sounded fun to me. Hope your cold goes away soon and good luck with the new job. I see you are on Goodreads. If you want to connect with me there my name is Brenda Vornberg. I enjoy finding out what others read and what they think of the book.
Oh I'm sorry you're sick (she said after sneezing about 5 times in a row. And it's really messy - each sneeze requires two kleenexes. What's up with that?).
But yay you got a job? Or not yay? Guess we'll find out after you've been at it for a bit...
Hm... you took down your review on Tangled (I read it in my reader) so I can't comment on it. I loved that movie - but I just wish she had smaller EYES. I found the fact that her eyes were like plates, taking up half her face, very distracting throughout the movie.
